This Site deals with products whose sale is intended exclusively for adult consumers.

The site, in fact, includes a section dedicated to the Distributors and Companies willing to get in direct touch with “L’Erboristeria” for business deals and transactions.

Browsing the site is free of charge, and its contents are reserved to adults only, accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use, as established below.

If you are not willing to accept these terms and conditions, you are kindly asked to leave the Website and to avoid downloading or purchasing any material possibly displayed and/or sold on it.

In order to buy online the products shown on the Site, users must be over 18 years of age, be registered on the Site and have read and approved the General Terms and Conditions for Online Sales available in the specific Section.

To register on the Site, users must create their Personal Account associated with the user’s identification data, made up of a UserID – corresponding to the e-mail address – and a Password.

UserID and Password are strictly confidential and must be used exclusively by the user to whom they refer; upon the registration, the user agrees to provide correct and complete data and to promptly communicate any change.

Moreover, the registered user must keep his UserID and Password confidential, and prevent them from being used by any third party, especially by minors.

L’Erboristeria reserves the right to deny the access to the Site, suspend or cancel those accounts which breach the applicable law and the Conditions of Use.

Following and in conformity with the ADM’s (Agency of Customs and Monopolies) Determinazione Direttoriale of the 18th of March, 2021, and the ADM’s notice n°17 RU 129081 of the 30th of April, 2021, for purchasing Monopoly products (ready-to-vape e-liquids and neutral bases) on our website www.latabaccheria.net, during the checkout process it is mandatory to fill in all the fields of your ID and your health insurance card together with the upload of the pictures of your ID (front and back) and your health insurance card (front and back).

MANDATORY TEXT FIELDS FOR PURCHASING MONOPOLY PRODUCTS (READY-TO-VAPE E-LIQUIDS AND NEUTRAL BASES):

For your maximum comfort, the data of the ID and the health insurance card are going to be stored on “my account/billing address” and automatically pre-filled-in for the checkout of your following orders. At the following order/checkout, you can check and, if needed, modify or update your data. Once loaded, you can in any case autonomously delete or modify your data on the section “my account/billing address”. Inserting these data allows us to process your order in compliance with the norms of the State Monopolies in force.

LOADING BACK/FRONT PICTURES OF ID AND HEALTH INSURANCE CARD IS MANDATORY ONLY WHEN PURCHASING MONOPOLY PRODUCTS (READY-TO-VAPE E-LIQUIDS AND NEUTRAL BASES):

Loading the pictures of the ID and the health insurance card is mandatory exclusively when purchasing Monopoly products (ready-to-vape e-liquids and neutral bases). The files of the ID and the health insurance card, differently from the above-mentioned text fields, have to be loaded for each order and will be stored on “my account/order dated dd-mm-yyyy”. Once our staff has checked your documents (exclusively to verify your legal age) and the order status is “completed”, the loaded files will be deleted from the system to ensure the maximum safety and privacy for our users. You can be sure of the cancellation or autonomously effect it in the same section after receiving the “Order completed” email.
Loading the requested files allows us to process your order in compliance with the norms of the State Monopolies.

2) Use Limits

All registered trademarks owned by L’Erboristeria Srl – or previously registered by La Tabaccheria di Orlando D’Alessandro – that appear on the site cannot be used without the prior written consent of the trademark owner. All the names and trademarks, possibly mentioned on this site, not owned by L’Erboristeria Srl – or previously registered by La Tabaccheria di Orlando D’Alessandro, are mentioned for information purposes only and belong to their respective owners.

The contents of the pages of this Website may not, either totally or partially, be copied, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, published or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of L’Erboristeria, without prejudice to the possibility of storing them on the computer or printing the extracts from the pages of this Site strictly for personal use.

The user also undertakes not to modify, sell, transfer or distribute any material available on this Site, in any way or by any means, or not to upload the material or make it available anywhere on the Internet.

L’Erboristeria shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the misuse of this Site and/or the products presented and/or sold on this Site and/or on the Sites of the authorised dealers.

The user acknowledges that the access to the Site may be interrupted, suspended or affected by errors and viruses, due to reasons not attributable to L’Erboristeria.

The access to the Site may also be interrupted, suspended or limited to fix bugs or carry out maintenance or update activities, as well as to introduce new sections and/or functional services.

L’Erboristeria shall not be liable for any materials created or published by any third party whose links are reported on the Site. Those who decide to visit a site possibly associated with this one shall do so completely at their own risk, undertaking to take all the necessary measures against any virus or online threat. 6) Confidentiality and treatment of the Users’ data

The treatment of the data submitted by the Users complies with the provisions of the regulation on privacy referred to in Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments. 7) Applicable law and competent court

These Conditions are regulated by the Italian law. Any dispute relating to said Conditions shall be settled by the Court of Rome. For the Consumer, the Court of the municipality of residence or domicile of the same Consumer shall be competent.
